By inviting P H E O N ! X v2 to your Discord server or using any of its commands, you agree to these Terms of Service in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must remove the bot from your server and discontinue all use immediately.

These terms apply to all users, server administrators, and any party that interacts with the bot in any capacity.

You are solely responsible for how you use this bot within your server. You must ensure all usage complies with Discord's Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.

Server owners are responsible for how their members interact with the bot. Misuse by server members is ultimately the responsibility of the server owner.

You must not attempt to exploit, abuse, reverse engineer, or circumvent any of the bot's systems.

You are responsible for correctly configuring the bot's permissions and features within your server.

The bot must not be used to harass, threaten, or harm other users or communities in any way.

Automated systems, user scripts, or bots must not be used to interact with P H E O N ! X v2 without express permission.

You may not use the bot to send spam, unsolicited messages, or mass distribute content to server members.

Using the bot to violate any applicable laws or regulations is strictly prohibited.

Attempting to manipulate the bot's economy, leveling, or giveaway systems is prohibited and may result in permanent blacklisting.

Premium access is granted on a time-limited basis. All premium purchases are final unless otherwise stated.

Premium features are non-transferable between accounts or servers unless explicitly stated.

We reserve the right to revoke premium access without a refund if these terms are violated.

Premium features may change over time. We will endeavor to maintain promised functionality but reserve the right to adjust features.

Premium access is tied to a specific user or guild and cannot be shared with others.

We maintain a global blacklist system. Users or guilds found to be abusing the bot may be permanently blacklisted without warning.

Blacklisted users lose all access to bot functionality. Blacklist decisions are made at the sole discretion of the bot owner.

If you believe you have been incorrectly blacklisted, you may contact support to appeal the decision.

Any attempt to bypass the blacklist system will result in a permanent and irrevocable ban.

P H E O N ! X v2 is provided on an 'as-is' basis. We do not guarantee 100% uptime or uninterrupted service.

We reserve the right to take the bot offline for maintenance, updates, or improvements at any time without notice.

We are not responsible for any losses or damages arising from service interruptions or downtime.

Feature availability may vary and certain features may be deprecated or changed without prior notice.

P H E O N ! X v2 and its developers are not liable for any damages, direct or indirect, arising from the use or inability to use this service.

We are not responsible for any data loss, server disruption, or consequences resulting from bot misconfiguration.

The bot's security systems are provided as-is. We do not guarantee protection against all forms of server attacks or unauthorized access.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the bot after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Significant changes will be announced in the official support server. It is your responsibility to stay informed of updates.

If you disagree with updated terms, you must remove the bot from your server immediately.
