P H E O N ! X v2 collects only the minimum data required to provide its features. We do not sell your data, share it with unauthorized third parties, or use it for advertising purposes. This policy explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and how it is kept secure.

Information We Collect

  • Server IDs: Stored to remember your server's settings such as prefix, logging configuration, antinuke settings, and active feature data.

  • User IDs: Stored when you use features such as leveling, warnings, AFK, reminders, birthdays, playlists, and premium status.

  • Message Content: Message content is processed temporarily only for automod, autoresponder, and counting features. It is not permanently stored.

  • Voice Activity: Duration of voice sessions may be stored if the voice tracker feature is enabled by a server administrator.

  • Invite Data: Invite codes and usage counts are tracked only if the invite tracker is enabled by a server administrator.

Server Data

  • Server settings such as prefix, antinuke configuration, logging channels, and feature configurations are stored securely on our servers.

  • All server data is kept private. We do not share your server's data with any third parties.

  • Server data can be removed upon request by contacting the bot owner through the support server.

User Data

  • User data such as XP, warnings, birthdays, playlists, and AFK messages are stored only when you actively use those features.

  • We do not collect real names, email addresses, payment details, or any personally identifiable information beyond your Discord User ID.

  • Premium status (your user ID and expiry date) is stored to provide premium feature access.

Data Security

  • All data is stored securely on our hosting infrastructure with access restricted to authorized operators only.

  • We employ reasonable technical measures to protect stored data from unauthorized access.

  • In the event of a data breach, affected parties will be notified through the support server as soon as reasonably possible.

Data Retention

  • Data is retained for as long as you or your server actively uses the bot.

  • Server data is retained until the bot is removed from your server or a data deletion request is submitted.

  • User data may be retained after leaving a server to preserve cross-server features such as premium status and playlists.

  • You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us through the support server.

Third-Party Services

  • The bot uses a music streaming backend for audio playback. Music search queries are processed by the streaming service to locate and play tracks.

  • Fun commands that display GIFs may interact with image APIs to fetch relevant content. No personal data is transmitted to these services.

  • We are not responsible for the data practices of any third-party services used in conjunction with the bot.

Your Rights

  • You have the right to request access to any data we store associated with your Discord User ID.

  • You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time.

  • You have the right to opt out of data collection by discontinuing use of features that store data.
